Asian American Markets In developing the UnitedHealthcare Asian American Markets, we enhanced our quality and cost-effective health benefit plans with innovative support services that help address two growing areas of concern: the need to reduce the rate of uninsured among Asian Americans; and the effort to help Asians better understand their benefits and become more engaged in their health care.
Latino Health Solutions Division We’re a national leader in providing services, programs and information for the Hispanic/Latino community.
Multicultural Solutions for Older Adults Ovations' multicultural initiatives seek to address the health needs of multicultural individuals 50+ in more meaningful ways. We incorporate a deeper understanding of cultural health norms and needs into benefit design, communication, education, and community outreach to better service diverse members.

Partnerships with Diverse Organizations We're committed to seeking out the best talent from a diverse pool of candidates to build a strong and effective team. We have key partnerships with diverse organizations and attend conferences and career fairs across the nation.
Employee Programs for Seniors We're developing a number of programs to recruit, train and retain employees over 50. We've developed marketing, branding, communication and outreach efforts and we're working with our recruitment managers to encourage integration and collaboration with existing staff. These valuable employees will have access to support programs, products and services created specifically for their life stage and health care needs.
INROADS This international nonprofit organization helps place talented college students of color in internships with companies across the nation. By partnering with INROADS, we’re able to build a high-performing, diverse pipeline of talent.
The Menttium Mentoring Program The future of our success is dependent in large part on our ability to foster future leaders. Menttium pairs a high-potential woman with a senior executive from a Fortune-ranked company to help participants grow in their careers. We’ve also launched the United Manager Program to support the development of new managers, equipping them with the insights, information and skills they need to succeed.
